Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on the level of customization required. For standard items with custom embroidery, the MOQ is typically 10 units. For fully bespoke designs that require custom pattern making and exclusive fabric sourcing, the MOQ is 50 units per style.
The standard turnaround time for customized stock items is 2-3 weeks from the approval of the digital mockup. For fully bespoke uniform programs, the process (including consultation, prototyping, fitting, and final production) typically takes 6-8 weeks.
Absolutely. We highly recommend doing a sizing run for your team before finalizing bulk production. We can send a full size set (XS-3XL) to your office so your employees can try them on and determine their exact fit, ensuring 100% satisfaction upon final delivery.
Due to the personalized nature of custom-branded merchandise, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or an error on our part regarding the approved design. If a defect occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Yes! We use industry-standard Madeira threads for embroidery which have excellent Pantone matching capabilities. For custom-dyed fabrics, we can lab-dip fabrics to match your precise brand guidelines for orders exceeding 500 units.
